  The plaster was falling off the ceiling and the paint flaking from the walls. We saw the cleaner two days after we arrived and that was it. We had no clean towels and we had to buy our own toiletroll. The rubbish was piled high in the kitchenette by the time we were leaving. When we left the door of our apartment we had to walk down a load of steps around the outside of the apartment block to the main entrance to get back in to bathe by the pool and the pool was filthy there was no one in it. You can't sunbathe on the balcony because everyone can see you. There is no privacy.

  OK on a budget but I've had better experiences elsewhere. Spacious one bed apartment but very cold especially at night with poor quality thin complete with holes in sheets & a thin too small blanket. Plus side friendly helpful reception & a good poolside bar with reasonable prices. Negative no soap/shower gel & really cheap & nasty loo paper! Bedding not changed during a week long stay, towels changed once. Cleaner one visit.

  Very poor. Dirty. No kids pool kid also drown today at the pool stay away from this please of you like pools and have a family.

  The apartment we got was very shabby. There was a massive gap under the front door and a pane of glass broken in the adjacent to it which cause a fine breeze at night. When we mentioned this to the receptionist she said 'what do you want me to do about it? I can't move the sun in the sky to warm you up hire a heater for €15'. We were appalled with her attitude. We then asked her was there any day trips or things to do she said not in this area' I said surely there must be something she said 'there isn't sucks it up' our whole holiday was ruined because she didn't help us

  Large spacious apartment, but dated. Billy's bar is brilliant and their help and service was great
